Inspire wedges topped with stuffed chicken

Ingredients

  • Inspire wedges
  • 2 medium & 2 small chicken breasts
  • 6 sausages
  • Mixed herbs
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Baby carrots 2x 500g bags
  • Butter 1lb
  • Flour 8oz
  • Cheese 1lb
  • 2pts Full fat Milk
  • Bacon 2 Rashers
  • Tin foil
  • Cling Film
  • Parsley (Fresh)

Served with baby Carrots finished with a Cheese and Bacon sauce

  1. Slice open chicken breasts
  2. Mix sausage meat herbs and garlic to make stuffing
  3. Stuff chicken breast
  4. Wrap in cling film, then wrap in tin foil
  5. Place in to boiling water to cook for 30mins
  6. Boil baby carrots then pan fry in butter and parsley til golden
  7. Make the sauce
  8. Melt butter
  9. Add flour to form a paste
  10. Add hot milk whisk til thick
  11. Pan fry bacon and add to sauce
  12. Add cheese to the sauce
  13. Serve
