Batata Harra

Ingredients

  • 2 tablspoons vegetable oil
  • 700g cooked potatoes cut into chunks
  • 2 ½ tsp ground coriander
  • 1 ½ tsp ground Cayenne
  • 3 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • Juice ½ lemon
  • Salt /pepper
  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the potatoes and fry over a medium heat until golden.
  2. Add the coriander and cayenne and cook for a couple of minutes season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the fresh coriander squeeze over the lemon juice and serve.
